We currently work with three durable and versatile materials:

• PLA: Eco-friendly, easy to use, and great for decorative or low-stress items.

• PETG: Strong, flexible, and resistant to impacts, ideal for functional parts.

• ABS/ASA: Tough, heat-resistant, and perfect for industrial or outdoor applications.​

Once we receive your design or idea, we prepare the file for printing, select the best material for your needs, and use our advanced 3D printers to create your item layer by layer. We ensure every print meets our high standards for quality and precision.

5. What file formats do you accept for custom prints?
We accept common 3D file formats such as STL, OBJ, and STEP. If you’re unsure about your file, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Absolutely! We offer design assistance to help turn your ideas into printable files. Just share your concept, and we’ll guide you through the process.

7. Which material should I choose for my project?

• PLA: Best for decorative items, prototypes, or low-stress applications.

• PETG: Ideal for functional parts that need strength and durability, like tools or containers.

• ABS/ASA: Perfect for items exposed to heat or outdoor conditions, such as automotive parts or outdoor fixtures.

Currently, we focus on local and domestic orders. If you’re outside our shipping area, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

11. Are your materials eco-friendly?
PLA is biodegradable and made from renewable resources, making it an eco-friendly choice.

PETG and ABS/ASA are recyclable but not biodegradable. We strive to minimize waste and promote sustainable practices in our printing process.

12. How do I care for my 3D-printed items?

• PLA: Avoid high temperatures and prolonged exposure to sunlight.

• PETG: Can handle more stress and heat but should still be kept away from extreme conditions.

• ABS/ASA: Durable and heat-resistant, making it suitable for tougher environments.​
